Lindsay is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist living in the greater Madison area. Formerly a stay-at-home mom, she now balances a full-time career with a busy family life, raising 2 active teenagers involved in sports and school activities.
Lindsay emphasizes small, manageable daily habits, including meal planning, to keep herself and her family on track with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Lindsay enjoys all forms of exercise including, hiking, walking, jogging, strength training, cycling, paddle boarding and snowshoeing. The outdoors is her gym and she tries to connect with nature while also moving her body.
Lindsay likes sharing tips and tricks that simplify her life while also meeting her own goals for fitness, nutrition and emotional/mental health. She believes in sharing ways to maximize your health that will fit into a busy lifestyle and not be a burden but rather make your routines more manageable and focused. Lindsay is looking forward to sharing alongside her friend, fellow dietitian and co-founder Megan through Fuss Free Dietitians.
